1st XV pre-season training game

On Thursday 22nd August, the 1st XV continue their pre-season preparations with a practice match against Derby RFC.

Starting at 7.15pm in Derby, there will be a live training session in the format of a match, which will give Head Coach Dan Hemingway the perfect chance see where the squad is at. However, having had some tight encounters with Derby over the last few seasons, you can still expect a competitive edge to the ‘friendly’ fixture.

This will be the only time Lichfield meet Derby this season, with the two teams competing in Midlands 1 West and East respectively.

All spectators are welcome (and encouraged) to go along and watch tomorrow night!
