Under RFU Regulation 15, all age grade players (i.e. anyone under 18) must be affiliated within 45 days of them first joining the club, and annually thereafter.

Age Grade Players that were ‘Affiliated’ in 21/22 can ‘Re-Affiliate’ to the club.

Once you have logged into GMS as the linked parent/guardian, on your Dashboard click on your child’s profile under Family and Friends and then click on the link for Renew Player Affiliation.

This will take you through to the Player Affiliation Form which will be mostly pre-populated as this is a renewal. Simply check all the details are still correct, fill out any missing details, tick the relevant consents/waivers and click SAVE.
