Director of Rugby, Dan Hemingway to step down….
 
Lichfield Rugby would like to announce that with the end of another very successful season…
Men’s DoR Dan Hemingway is to step down from his current position at the Club.
A combination of other professional and personal commitments mean that Dan can no longer dedicate the time required for this role and hence he has reluctantly decided to step aside - so that someone else can continue the excellent work he has done over the last seven years.
During his years at the helm Dan has overseen significant progress and tremendous success – principally for the Men’s teams, including two league promotions and winning the Staffordshire Cup, but also across all the playing sections and probably most importantly, primarily by encouraging and developing the talent emanating from within the Club itself. 
Lichfield Rugby Club would like to record our sincere thanks to Dan for all the hard work he has contributed to the Club cause over these years and encourage him to stay involved around the Club, in whatever capacity.

Cooke Fields is a special place and is made so by the incredible people involved with Lichfield Rugby. There have been incredible highs, and a fair share of lows, but it has been an honour to write a small chapter in the history of this club.’
