We are actively looking for new Head of Women's and Girl's Rugby with early effect to enable full handover at the end of the Season for a full start 26-27 Season.

Managing W&G budget
Pitch allocation for training and games
Linking in with M&J section for wider recruitment
Oversight of fundraising within the section
Supporting recruitment
Joining coaching sessions
Management of GMS and matchcards
Driving standards
Attending training and games
Attending Club events
Managing Pathway partnership with Leicester Tigers Women
