Founded in 1874, Lichfield RUFC continues to grow both on and off the pitch. With multiple senior sides, a thriving women’s section, and a strong player pathway, we are looking to strengthen our coaching team.

THE ROLE

We are recruiting a Senior Backs Coach to work with our Men’s senior squad.

You will:

· Lead the technical and tactical development of our backs

· Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions

· Work closely with the Head Coach and wider coaching team

· Play a key role in match preparation and analysis

· Help shape an exciting, attacking brand of rugby

COMMITMENT

· Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays

· Match Days: Saturdays

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Experience coaching backs (club level or above)

· Strong understanding of attacking structures, skills & decision-making

· Passion for player development and team culture

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· RFU coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
