After some really hard work put in on our "D" on Weds it was great to see our boys execute and deliver...

Lichfield enjoyed the fast 4G track at Stafford and despite going 5 nil down in the first 5 minutes (Again a slow start!!) it wasn't long before we took control of the game.

The boys in Green and Blue attacked hard around the rucks showing that being technically correct in their body positions going into contact they will beat size.. The travelling supporters saw some brilliant hard work from the forwards that ultimately provided loads of space for our backs to play..

Lichfield were Ace on Sunday and we are now executing our plans better... we saw a resilience in defence and speed in attack ...this gave us the ability to play an expansive game ...... Lich ran in 10 superb scores to seal off a great win.

As Captain Ollie Williams remarked at the end...."We worked hard against a much bigger Stafford side.... We hammered them in the rucks and earned the right to play out wide... .. "Our D was on point today boys... Well done"

Lich U13's are at the start of what will be a fantastic and fun journey...Lets ALL enjoy the ride!

Just a quick note and an important one... Thank you so much to Ben Cook and Ollie Bridges who although weren't selected came and supported their mates!

Next weekend sees us take on the might of Walsall.. Selection will again be made by the coaches on Thursday.

This is another Cup game and rotations will be made to bring in some of the guys that didn't get selected in round one.... Also it is extremely important that we all turn up on time for training and match days... please can you all make sure that you look at times.. if you are not sure message me please.
