U14’s: Lichfield 55 - 5 Leek

In a commanding display, Lichfield secured a decisive victory over Leek in the Staffs u14 Cup (plate).

Lichfield were ahead early though full back Sam Edwards, with further first half tries from Addison Tranter (centre), Fraser Neenan (front row) and Theo Thompson (no8).

Lichfield made necessary half-time substitutions and Leek took advantage of the reshuffle to score from close range.

Normal service was soon resumed however and Lichfield increased their lead through Ewan Barnett (centre), Theo and Addison.

Lichfield maintained control until a try from Joe Wilkes (flanker) - the referee blew the final whistle early, as the maximum 50-point difference had been reached before full time.

Lichfield u14s will face Stafford (away) in the semi-final in February.
